RG&A has developed an internal tracking methodology. This tracker provides information regarding the dates the applications are delivered to OPSC and other benchmarks through the receipt of the funds. Another portion of the tracker maintains an ongoing picture of the eligibility used and remaining for new construction projects and for each modernization site. OPSC does require regular reporting on all State funded projects and RG&A tracks those dates and requirements for clients, notifying them well in advance so that reporting deadlines can be met.
RG&A provides regular reports on projects that were identified and working their way through the approval process. This insures that the client is continually informed of actions that must be taken to advance the project to OPSC. In addition, there may be a need for supplemental reports on meetings or events that may be unique to a project. This latter report includes a plan of action and results, if acquired.
