About RGA Consulting

Richard Gonzalez & Associates is an "S" Corporation established in July 2004.  It opened its doors on September 1, 2004 to serve school districts, design professionals, consultants and lobbyists with their school facilities funding needs.

The company specializes in evaluating eligibility in the California State School Facilities Program, packaging applications for processing and actively participating on the school district's schools facility team.  Our staff have over 30 years of combined experience in the State School Building Program.

Our goal is to provide the most accurate information and maximizing the district's funding opportunities.  This is attained by being constantly up to date on current rules and regulations by attending the State Allocation Board and Implementation Committee Meetings.  We provide regular reports on these meeting to all our clients.  Copies of our reports are available on this website.
