CDE and County Offices of Education have been trying to facilitate a change in the Alternate Education loading standard for the SFP. OPSC has been resistant as they find no basis in law for providing facilities funding under a different loading standard. RG&A has proposed a means of using an existing SFP regulation chart for Alternate Education facility funding which addresses OPSC concerns without the need for new legislation.
RG&A has partnered with other professionals in providing services. Partners have included program mangers, consultants, architects and lobbyists.
